Task 1: Create a visualisation of the following seven market niches: feature phones/early- stage smartphones ; keypad-based/mid-size smartphones ; wide-screen smartphones; PDAs and early-stage tablets; high- performance tablets; high-performance smartphones; and mid- performance smartphones. Your visualisation must clearly show the existences of these market niches. Task 2: Create a visualisation to show how the amount of devices in those categories changed between 2003 and 2012. Task 3: Create a visualisation and using that visualisation, can you identify which product led the market in each market niche? Task 4: Using your visualisation, explain what do you suspect is (are) the main cause(s) of those product leading the markets? Task 5: Using your visualisation, can you identify which product(s) failed to catch up with the changes in the market?
