fantasy sports game website

i have a wordpress website that's been around for over a year, i have almost 600 members so far. i want to develop a fantasy MMA game like yahoos fantasy football. my members need to be able pick a team of fighters that will get points based on how they do in their live matches. they will pick from UFC fighters. i need to be able to upload the UFC events, Matches, fighters, stats. the members need to be able to pay entry fees into the leagues they join via paypal, with me getting 10% of each members entrys. and the winner of the league getting the remainder of the entry fee from all player in that league. the program needs to be able to handle the members creating multiple leagues going on at a time. let me know if you have any questions regarding this project. if you are new to programming, please do not bid.
