I can develop a single file standalone application which will print the barcodes at specific locations. Input settings of the file will be a CSV file that contains barcode filename, X, Y locations and printing size width and height in each rows. Barcode needs to be in PNG image file format with transparency or with background colour as per the sheet it will be printed on. On the main application window you'd be able to set the page size and then create PDF. It will print the barcodes on the page and save the file as PDF. However if you need multiple page printing option where you need printing of multiple 128 barcodes on each pages I can create the application likewise as well with little extra charges.
