Unfortunately, your description is not very accurate. I need much more information, for an good offer. A whole clinic system or a laboratory system for example would cost much more.

I can create this system, i have good experience in software development web , desktop and mobile applications. I will make software desktop version and can also make mobile app (if needed), that mobile app helps you to check the data / info from your mobile phone. And also if you also want website for you clinic i can also make that. Recently i have build a fitness related system which is web based and mobile app, in which doctors assign some exercise and reading materials and some tips so remain healthy, and patients can see those things in their mobile devices and fallow them and get their appointment from mobile app.
