Recently swapped from Woocommerce to Shopify. When customers came across to Shopify doesnt recognise customers who signed up for email at Woocommerce checkout to be subscribers. Only ones who signed up via the form. So I have lost about 70 susbscribers. Email are synced from Shopify to Mailchimp via the "shopsync" app. I spoke to mailchimp they said an API call needs to be done by a developer to fix the issue. Please only reply if you know what I am talking about and how to fix it.
