CRO Expert - New Website Requirements For High CR For Beauty Brand (50-70 y/o female customers, USA)

I am looking for a CRO expert in women's beauty to provide a 1-hour consultation call and summary of recommendations in relation to the following scope. We are an existing skincare brand building a new website. Our products are skincare products for women in the US between 50-70 years old. In designing our new website, we want to ensure we include ALL the website elements (e.g., content type (Before & After Photos, Reviews), Product page audit, Home page audit, website styling (e.g., large buttons, easy website navigation), Checkout process, Reviews, etc.) that are critical to make a high-converting website from the outset. Therefore, I am looking for an EXPERT who has PAST experience in having done multiple audits of skincare brands for older females. Please do NOT apply for this job if you have not done previous CRO jobs for skincare brands targeting the mature age female demographic. You must be able to show data as to how much various CRO elements implemented improved CRO in your past projects. For example, your list of recommendations should be able to say: - By including a separate page for Before & After photos, this improved conversion by 3.78% for an audit for [...] brand that I previously did; - One Page Checkout improves CRO by 5.4% compared to 2 Page Checkout, which was observed in this project that I did previously; - Your Product page should list the following minimum elements (e.g., Ingredients, etc.), as that improved conversion by 2.3% on an audit that I did; - The Shipping Policy must offer [money back guarantee/free shipping/etc.] which improves conversion by 4.2% based on a previous project that I did; - Etc. We are not looking for someone that is good, but rather someone who is an industry expert. In exchange, we will pay $300 for a consultation call and summary of recommendations, but also look to hire you on an ongoing basis as we design the new website, and beyond in terms of optimizing our new website.
