Backlink Builder - access to Ahrefs required

I am looking for a part time link builder to assist me with the basics - finding backlink opportunities, finding the contact details of the owners of the site, sending the emails to them. You will not be required to write content or do programming work. You will require access to Ahrefs and experience in doing this work. All work will be done in English and we operate in a very small market niche which makes it intersting. Please note, this is part time job - a few hours here and a few hours there. It is a nice side job not a 40 hour per week opportunity.
