Site Reskin Simple project need good designer !

Hi we need webisite [login to view URL] reskinned for use on our other domain [login to view URL] the site already has a logo. All you need to do is move the code over. Design the colur scheme make the banner and make the buttons. Install it on a new SQL database (Details will be provided). [login to view URL] here is a sample of some work and colour schemes. This should be a quick and easy project, bidders post a concept mock up. The site will need to display some products that the company sells as well as contact information and history etc. PS if you want to use a opensource program to skin this like Joomla, oscommerce or wordpress let us know. We will would be happy to take a format you already have and reskin that. Our server can accommodate these open source programs.
