Windows Optimization Tool

We are looking for a developer to create a user interface for a program which will optimize a computer's performance. They will also be required to integrate some basic pre-written code into the UI. Emphasis will be placed on usability and function of the UI; artwork will be provided from a designer, so aesthetics are not a major concern. Guidance and mock-ups will be provided for the layout, flow, and wording used in the UI. Several simple pieces of code (in the form of batch files) will be provided, mainly to be triggered as click-events. This code should be mostly self-sufficient, but a few modifications will need to be made to merge it into the new UI. Feedback from the developer on what is currently written will also be encouraged.
