RSS web-based/browser application.

I need an application built. It is an application that allows users the opportunity to take any web page and turn it into an RSS feed entry to any one of several custom RSS feeds that they set up on their webserver, and share that feed automatically with twitter, facebook, and pingfm. Setup: The user uploads the application to their webserver, types in the URL to the set up page and is taken through the process of creating a username and password for the application dashboard. The application then installs on the users webserver. Usability: Within the application dashboard, the user can set up as many RSS feeds as they would like - each feed having its own name, description, etc. Also within the dashboard is a boorkmarklet button that they can drag and drop onto their browser tool bar. In order to bookmark a feed, a user navigates to a web page that they want to add to their feed. They click the bookmarklet and choose the feed name from a drop down box that they want to add it to. They are taken to a "verify" page, where they can verify and/or edit the entry name and description. Once verified, the information will be added to their feed. There needs to be auto tweet, auto post to facebook, and auto send to [login to view URL] options, as well. There will also need to be an import URLs feature (via copy/paste within the application dashboard), as well as a "dripfeeder" option (that allows x amount of URLs to be added to feeds every x hours/days at the users descretion). I have created a mockup in PDF form that I will provide with more details to prospective coders. Please be experienced with social network APIs (specifically the ones I mentioned above), RSS feeds, bookmarklets, SQL, PHP, etc. **IMPORTANT** - you will probably need to look at the zipped PDF attached to fully understand the job.
