I'm looking for an experienced Salesforce expert to create a comprehensive reporting system and dashboard. This system should help me track the effectiveness and progress of my Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) through the sales funnel. Key Responsibilities: - Developing Salesforce reports for tracking key metrics: - Conversion rate from leads to opportunities - SDR Call to Connect - SDR Connect to Appointment Set - Appointment Set to Appointment Held - Appointment Held to Opportunity Converted - Creating a real-time updating dashboard that visually represents these metrics.
