Computer Organization and Architecture

I have very basic computer organization and architecture questions that I would like answered in word documents. The right person will have a background in computer science or electrical engineering. They will be well versed in the basics of computer systems organization, digital logic, micro architecture, instruction sets, and the operating system machine level. Please be sure to read the attached files before you bid. These are a sample of the questions that need answering. Any pages not attached will be sent after the bid has been accepted.
