I am seeking qualified subject matter expert consultants to partner with on a variety of RFP bid opportunities to specialize in their area(s) of expertise. I am a registered vendor in many states and I structure the partnership compensation breakdown based upon the total bid award with the majority (typically 70% - 90%) for the subject matter expert(s) working on the project.
