Pacifica Honolulu Garage Murals

Pacifica Honolulu on Kapiolani. We are looking for indoor/outdoor murals in our building's parking garage on levels 2, 3, 4, and 5. Each floor has a similar, but slightly different square footage. The murals have to be around elevators for the most part aside from one larger wall. The measurements are as follows: 5th Floor: 46ft wide x 10ft high Total: 460 sq ft 4th Floor: 23ft wide x 9ft high Total: 207 sq ft 3rd Floor: 23ft wide x 7.5ft high Total: 173 sq ft 2nd Floor (elevator side): 22.5ft wide x 7ft high Total: 158 sqft 2nd Floor (opposite solid wall): 35ft wide x 7ft wide Total: ~250 sq ft The total for the elevator side murals is about 1000 sq ft. These walls are our first priority with a secondary priority being the 2nd Floor opposite wall of about 250 sq ft. We are looking for a cohesive Hawaiian scenic style of painting using mediums appropriate for indoor and outdoor buildings. The artist(s) would be able to work during low traffic hours only which is about 1pm-3pm and after 6pm. We require a 1-3 year guarantee on the artwork.
