What you will need to do Understand the business, its objectives and goals. (asking too many questions is the best quality you could have) Human resources management. Coordinate and follow-up on hiring processes to get the best talent in our team! Project implementation matters, HR performance reporting, budgeting & forecasting etc. Directly engages with the founder team in discussing capacity planning and human resources management Ensuring adherence to hiring goals. Be in multiple roles as leader, get heros/warriors on board! What is required A minimum of 5 years of experience at a top management consulting firm, startup, and/or high profile sales role Graduated from a top level University / MBA Highly organized and structured work style; demonstrated capabilities in problem solving. Solid interpersonal skills to maintain sound working relationships with a diverse team. Proactive (going the extra mile) and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Not afraid of hard working and hiring a team that will expand to 400, 800, 1500 people.
