I need a program that you import a list into (CSV), then barcodes are scanned with a scanner, containing the contents of the list. If a barcode is skipped or scanned in the wrong order I need it to click a relay. I am going to use this for a mail house to ensure that mail is kept in the correct order throughout the production process .
