Simple iPhone App

iPhone app. App must display our company's graphics (we will supply those at the project start), and meet all requirements necessary to be available in the app store. We will assume responsibility for listing the app in the store. App must perform the following tasks: 1) Provide a "Setup" screen which allows the user to provide two text values, and be able to store and recall them. Should the values not be present (for example, at first launch), the Setup screen is automatically displayed. 2) Provide a "Main" screen where the user may enter two text fields, and click a "Go" button, causing the app to contruct a URL using the data in the 2 stored fields, plus the 2 main-screen fields, and execute that URL, without launching a browser. The app must then read the response from that execution and handle it. Failure responses should display the error message returned from the servier, the abort the routine, falling back to the main screen. Success responses should cause the app to automatically dial a specific phone number, to be provided by us. 3) The app must display "hyperlinks" on all screens that allow the user to touch and be taken via browser to our company website. The app must be fully functional and may NOT cause any iPhone OS errors, such as memory leaks or crashes. A partial payment of 25% will be released when the deliverable is received for testing. Testing will continue for 1-2 weeks, as deemed necessary by us. The remaining payment will be released once we determine the app is bug-free and works as expected. If our coder is successful and the transaction is an easy one, we will immediately request upgrades to this app (we have 3 phases already planned out), and will also request a 2nd app of a different nature.
