Professional Database Programmer and designer

Hi I am the manager of a marketing/Advertising company out of the US, and we have a project that because I do not really have knowledge about web designing and programming, I only can provide the basic information and I need your creativity, suggestion and knowledge to do this project. - We need a complete website to be programmed and designed to the highest level of technology. - This website is going to be the first phase, and other project is getting started after we see the result. - The maintenance of the website on daily basses would be contracted to the developer of it. - We are interested to work with web developers who can do the whole project and take the responsibility of the subcontractors by itself. - Having a long and positive background more than 5 years (would be checked) is a must. - Having experience of doing such a project that we can check with your clients is necessarily. - Being in America with address is a positive point. We will come to your office at the time of signing the contract. (compatible price) - Insurance and Bonds might be required. - More requirements in detail will be given at the time of evaluation. Project description: This Database/Website is going to be a public place that mostly Realtors and real estate agencies would be the users. (Open to visit for public). This database is going to cover a country’s real estates that are in market, for Sale and Rent. We need a proposal that would have all the options and suggested futures enclosed and as I said, this website is going to upload all the real estate information of a country in to it, so reliability is the first point. - Server provider would be discussed latter. - This is not governmental project.
