I would like to let a manufacturer produce a wooden toothbrush with removable head for me. For this I need an exact product design, all files, plans, measurements and bill of materials a manufacturer needs to produce me a toothbrush. Since it is wood made, I assume any manufactuer later produces it with a machine and so the result of this project must include a file this machine can use (maybe auto CAD?). Here are my exact specifications for this toothbrush (also check attached file): Project details - Toothbrush made from wood - 2 pieces, toothbrush handle and head are seperated - Handle needs to have a good hand grib size (like this one [login to view URL]) Key is a elegant curved and smooth look - Seperate heads can be plugged in into the handle and must hold firm. Also must be removable easy - Bristles need to be sticked into the head, not glued! To sum up, you have to develop a plug in system for the head and handle. And also you have to develop a system for the bristles to plugged into the head without glue. All need to be delivered in a file that can be used.
