Automated Email Reminder System

In need of a professional to design and implement a Power Automate flow for auto-generating and sending reminder statements to my firm's clients, based on the information provided via a spreadsheet. Key Project Elements: - Developing a tailored email reminder system to ensure timely payment from clients. - Utilizing input data from a detailed spreadsheet. This includes specifics such as customer names, owed amounts, invoice numbers, and other necessary details. - Configuring the platform to dispatch the statements through email. Expectations: - Detailed understanding of Power Automate is essential, previous experience with similar projects would be a plus. - Familiarity with spreadsheet parsing would be beneficial. - Superior attention to detail, assuring all client data is correctly addressed within the flow. - Exceptional time management for prompt delivery of the project. For more detail: 1. Send an email reminder statement to customers when their invoice becomes overdue. I want to attach all invoices that are associated with the unique ‘Matter No.’ field. Sometimes it will be one, sometimes multiple documents. 2. The email reminder statements are sent at invoice date + 45 days, invoice date + 60 days, invoice date + 90 days and invoice date + 120 days. It may be easier to have 4 separate flows which is fine by me, or all in one if possible. I can create the additional flows I’m sure, so I’m happy if you just concentrate on the 45 day one. 3. The Power Automate flow should iterate through the rows in an example spreadsheet I can provide. 4. Filter the data based on certain criteria. I have a number of other criteria, but I’m certain I can add additional ones that I need once the framework is in place. So, for the flow I’m asking you to create I would need to filter the spreadsheet for: 1. invoice date (so if doing the 45 day flow, all invoices that are at least 45 days old), 2. filter out any rows that have text in any of the following headers: Hold until, Payment Plan, No reminder, leaving only the blank columns, 3. If the ‘Sent 45 days’ column has a date in, remove these also, leaving only the blank rows (for the later flows, like the one sent after 60 days, I will of course need to filter the 45 sent AND 60 sent columns as I don’t want to duplicate emails sent). 5. Send an email which will have dynamic content in the email address, subject and body from the spreadsheet (you can put whatever you want in this flow, and I will amend). Attach all invoices associated with the matter number which are saved in a static folder (it’s possible the Matter No. may have some invoices older than 45 days and some younger in the spreadsheet, but I only want the attachments based on the filtered criteria). 6. A couple of additional notes to the email destination: (a) I would like the email to be sent to that stored in the ‘Matter Email’ column in the spreadsheet, however, if there is an email in the ‘Billing email’ column I would like it to look at this first and send to that email. If there is no email in this column, it should then use the Matter Email. I believe this would be possible with an Expression? My other note is when the flow has gathered all the attachments for one Matter No., if I insert dynamic content ‘Matter Email’, does it know just to pick the email address from any of the Excel rows for that matter (which should be the same)? 7. Once the email is sent, I want it to populate the respective column in the Excel spreadsheet with a date that the email was sent. For example, the 45 day flow should populate ‘Sent 45’ with the current date it was sent.
