XML Processor - Update

We had a tool built for us, and are looking to incorporate several new features, and fix certain issues with it. The tool itself combs through a directory, and pulls out certain strings of text, then maps them using a mapping file (excel sheet) and generates a new excel sheet with the results. We are looking to increase the scope of what is pulled, and fix several issues. New features: 1) We want the phrase "ias-instance" to be pulled as well. 2) We would like the file paths for the findings pulled as well. Issues to resolve 1) Error message gets cut-off. We would like to be able to actually read it. 2) Certain mapped items are removed if the word gets repeated. Example: if "Portal, Forms, Reports and Discoverer" is present, neither "Portal" or "Forms" or "Reports" or "Discoverer" will show up. As these are all separate products, that cannot happen. 3) Status Bar wont always fill. 4) Speed. It is very slow, sometimes taking over 14 hours to complete. We want it to be faster. We would like this to be completed as soon as possible. Ideally in 48 hours.
