Looking for someone to create a simple app to manage products in Shopify. We would like the ability to update shopify product data by uploading a csv or excel sheet. We would prefer Ruby on Rails Framework as that’s what I am used to. If you have another suggestion I am open. Requirements: The user should be able to map fields and upload specific product data. For example just upload "variant sku" and "product title" to quickly update your product names. Allow user to choose a "Unique Product Identifier" Give the option to "ignore products that do not exist" or "create new products". Import products automatically into a database. Allow user option to create/email a backup of current products in Shopify store prior to submitting changes and writing products back to Shopify. Editing Products: Currently 3 Ways: • Via Excel Upload • Manually in the App • Bulk edit in table layout - Sort, Filter, Search, Find/Replace, etc Save & Publish This should be a multi-user application that can be embedded in the shopify admin.
