My website does not send out order confirmation emails. Please fix

Once a customer places an order on my website [login to view URL] they do not get sent an order confirmation email and/or admin does not get notification of the order being placed through our website. My other website "[login to view URL]" is almost an exact duplicate of the same website, but does send order confirmation emails to our customers and admins. Please figure out why [login to view URL] does not send order confirmation emails to our customers and admins and fix the code so this works on this website.
