Hi, that can be caused by many things, I will check your processes and threads to see what can be the source of this problem, but it's quite possible that it's caused by hardware interrupts which are not visible in the process stats. in that case we need to investigate further to find the real source.

Hi, Thank you for posting your requirement. I know it can be really troublesome when such an issue arises. My name is Inderjeet and own a small 4 member IT services firm based at Chandigarh,India. We have been into IT since 1994 (desktop software), into Web-apps since 2001, Asterisk/Freepbx/freeswitch/fusionpbx/kamalio based voip solutions for about 3 years and Wowza/FMS based video streaming/VOD apps for about 5 years. We also maintain our clients' servers (mostly linux) on their behalf besides fiddling with our own Linux test bed VPS's and VMs. We have been working on CentOS since 2002 and play with other Linux OS's also for R&D and future purposes (firewalls, network sniffing, mobile development, ethical hacking etc). We're Currently exploring International clients through these portals for mutually beneficial and long lasting collaborations. How much memory do you have? I have a feeling you're running 20 sites but the memory isn't enough (for initial use 1GB-1.5GB for control panel and additional for each site). Without knowing the problem I can't quote a realistic amount so if you wish I can take a look sometime and you can pay whatever you feel like, if the problem is resolved. But a minimum $55 will be payable even if the issue gets fixed in 15 minutes. I couldn't quote lower than $250. Let me know if you have any questions or comments. I would require SSH to you server to investigate the culprit and fix it. through Team-viewer we can do this. If this a reproduce-able any time we can fix it same time other wise we have to wait till Its happening on server then our tools can help to find it.

Helloooo, Troubleshooting can sometimes be a very tedious task, i can assert that because it's may day job. I have had some experience with VPS, and people begin encountering problems because of the lack of resources, but that isn't always the case. It's more often a problem of optimisation, or a bad conception, which becomes an obvious problem as your project grows in size or complexity. I'm looking forward to help you figure out what is eating up your resources, so that your server may continue being healthy.
