Town Directory

We need a town directory. We have hosting with Fantastico facility to automatically upload Joomla, Mambo,PHP Nuke ad scripts etc etc. We have a Jpeg for the site header. We do not mind non-English speakers and unrated if highly professional and know about the free PHP scripts that are around. Site must load fast and be W3C compliant. The site is this. The central module on the home page is a 'local news' feature with a 'post your comments' feature at the bottom which is open to registered users. There is also a link on the left menu to the classifieds page. Here you can click on a link and post your adverts for free.
