Software: Product advisor for hosting company

We would like to have a kind of product advisor. This is primarily intended for customers who know what kind of project they would like to implement, but do not know which product is suitable for it. Customers will be able to use various questions to enter what they have in mind and what kind of product they need. At the end, the consultant should display a product recommendation. An attached link should then take the customer to the page where he can book the product. The configuration should be editable in the background. This means that we should be able to adjust or expand the number and wording of the questions. Also, if there are new products in the store, they should always be able to be entered. This can happen in the source code and does not have to be in a database. So that the tool remains slim.
