An (randomising) animation of a candle burning down with flickering flame, wax detail -- 2

I am looking for an illustrator or animation artist to create a set of (randomising/algorithmic) candles with a flickering flame and dripping wax. I would like there to be a light aura around the flame and a (transparent) shadow from the base of the candle. Although this is just one element of a larger project, I need it to be easily integrated into a real-time, server-side db, so the properties of the candle, like position, height, time elapsed etc.. need to be read/written to/from a MYSQL . When it is first created the variables of the candle are SET and when it is instead viewed, the variables are read to update the candle. There will be more than one candle in any given scene. Ideally the candles will burn down in (close to) real time, perhaps 3 days? I have an idea that separating the candle into "flame", which is pinned to the top of (shrinking) "trunk" + "light/shadow" I prefer this to be in Javascript/CSS so I can add more randomising elements later on (colour, shape, duration etc.). Please no looping animated gifs.
