I would like to have a system that can allow me to create Quotation, once quotation is confirmed, I must be able to convert the Quotation to Delivery Order and Invoice. This program must be developed under Linux+Apache using MySQL as Database, and scripting using PHP. AJAX type of interface and technology is prefered. Time Frame: 7-10 days. More Specification 1) The Quotation must created must be reuseable so that most of the thing does not need to be retyped. 2) I must be able to give Discount based on Item / Project in the Quotation 3) Discount can be in % or in term of direct money deduction. 4) Quotation can be modified until DO & Invoice is generated. 5) Delivery Order and Invoice is not modifiable. 6) Multi Level Access is needed for creation, modification, discount and conversion of document. 7) I must be able to use the system from any Internet Browser. Sample of Quotation, DO and Invoice will be provided upon request. Module 1) Customer Maintenance 2) Item and Pricing Maintenance - Pricing Maintenance must include Upper LIMIT for Discount so that can minimise mistake when document is created. 3) Project Maintenance 4) Reusable "Template" Maintenance 5) Create Quotation / Modify / Cancel / Print 6) Convert Quotation 7) Print Invoice and Delivery Order 8) Reuse Quotation to create new Quotation.
