Python & PHP Script to Validate Submited URL/ID

I need someone who has experience in Python & PHP to create a very simple script. My requirement is given a URL or ID submitted via the PHP script to determine which Tube site it is from. The Python scripts in this link [login to view URL] have basic identification of the urls. So what is required from you is a simple PHP file with a form input and submit where when you paste the URL/ID and submit will refer to a python script which will load each of the modules in the provided URL and say which site it belongs to. The Python script should also have the ability to be able to speicfy which classes are loaded from the external modules, ie. for youtube I only need the individual video link, NO playlist's or user pages are to be validated. For the final deliverable, 1 PHP Frontend(just input and submit), 1 Python backend script. / you can have a directory with the files from the link since you need to refer to them.
