Push data from PHP to blockchain

Hello I need a solution to record tasks from local php site to the blockchain. It should be compatible with EVM. I am not sure what is needed in term of programming, but generally, I have a project management website. When a project is created, and tasks are added with other conditions, this project's data should be saved on the blockchain as well as the local database. Project's tasks and info will be updated, like task completion, payments, falling behind.. whatever, any change should be registered into the blockchain. I was thinking maybe we can use project's notification to gather data to send to the blockchain. This is the first phase of the project. Please be specific to the particular job in your introduction, and do not send a standard one. There is something that does almost the same called Wordproof.
