Perfex CRM Opensource - Automated Booking & Quoting System -- 2

Please read very carefully. Please read the word document also. We are looking for a codeigniter expert who has a great deal of experience with PerfexCRM to help complete custom development of a booking and quoting module for Perfex CRM. The module should be an individual module and should not require edits to core files. This is an already existing module that works but has some bugs that require attention. We have a fairly open budget for the right developer. It’s best to preview The system before bidding. The majority of the module is already working but needs Some changes. The previous developer let us down, left us with a broken module and we are looking for a long term relationship to continue development from this point on. PerfexCRM uses PHP/codeigniter. Here is user manual. [login to view URL] The module was created and unfinished. We require an expert to review the module and fix all the bugs that have been left behind be previous developer. What the system does currently: The system, in brief, should be able to get a potential customer's details and prepares a quote to be sent out with all the valid information ready to be sent out. - This has been done. CHANGES REQUIRED: Requires some changes to the standard email, sms and email templates to make the email template clickable and send out an SMS using the internal system. We require the ability to customize the settings for the lead form and custom fields. Lead – Customer Management When a customer requests a quote, we collect a number of very important data by using custom fields. When a lead is converted to customer this data is transferred to customer card and an the fields are copied to the quote which is generated with the information added. -This is working but requires some bug fixes. . Admin then changes the quoted price and sends to the customer to accept the quote. So only drafts should be created. This is working but has some bugs. Require fields to be inserted properly into the booking. Please request demo. When the customer accepts the quote, automatically take the details from the quote and create two invoices and a booking (currently using projects module - which has the custom fields from the lead form - fine). This works but not with new fields or any custom data. Then the systemSimply saves the booking. Does NOT require notification to staff or customer at this point. When on invoice is created, system to Create TWO invoices from the quote: 1 invoice for $200 Bond with due date in 2 days from creation. 1 invoice for the TOUR amount from the quote. Due on the date of the actual tour. – This partially works, but doesn’t set the right due date for second invoice . When admin creates a payments for the BOND invoice; Add BOND RECEIVED tag or CHANGE STATUS to BOND RECEIVED to booking. This is working but the system is required to report the bonds to be returned. If this is less than the original amount it Should show the correct amount in the [login to view URL] is not working properly. See preview – contact to see If all invoices are paid in full; add tag to booking BOND RECEIVED AND PAID IN FULL. Working but would like Some enhancements. We also require all table columns to be searchable. We must be able to search daily bookings in date and time order. All the other triggers must happen the same way. Send email to customer when a payment is made and so on. A week after the tour we must return the bonds to the customer. There should be a report to tell us which bonds to return (with filters and date check) and the ability to NOT return a bond if there's damage to the vehicles. This is working.
