Need To Telegram Bot To Scan Members From A Particular Groups And Add Them To Another Channel/Group Or Send Them Message

Hi. First of all you can't scrape user from channel if you did not add bot to that chnannel, which can be an issue because admin ca't accept it. A solution would be to create some automation script that will login via web app and do that. But this process does require more work and every time we try to login via such automation script a verification code is send(SMS) and we need as well to implement this logic by creating some account using a virtual phone number and be able to get the SMS from it. IF you are really interested in a solution then we can discuss and design one. Thx, George. Waiting for details.
