Hi I think this is pretty quick task, 2 ways I can think of doing this 1. A simple script which monitor the website in at some interval of time for a particular data and of that matches then hit the web hook. (1 day for this approach) 2. We need to emulate a browser which keeps the page live in background all the web sockets used by the website will be active and in real time we can monitor the data changes and if a particular data matches then call the web hook.(2-4 days)
