Mold Shop database

would like to build a simple database to deal with scheduling for my mold shop. Looked at various project management software, etc, but nothing really works for this type of business. This is not a CRM, nor linked to accounting. The database would have tables (I can create) for: contacts, customers, suppliers When a new RFQ (request for quote) comes in, it would be linked to a supplier, a customer, and a contact at that customer. I would need an input sheet for new RFQ. (I could make that in a pinch) once that quote has been accepted or not, the RFQ would either go into a 'lost quotes' file and do nothing, or become an active contract file. I would need to input many dates for the schedule of that mold (These are for the most part universal). Once a mold is finished (and sometimes even before so) there are Engineering changes. I would have an (ECI) table that is linked to an existing or finished mold, and also has a simple scheduling table. I would want a dashboard that showed ongoing RFQ, Active Molds, ECI schedule, and events happening in the next week overall.
