Modify WordPress Theme

I have just installed the ThemeForest theme, Medical & Doctor Directory as supplied without any of my own data or any other changes. I would like to modify the theme in three principal ways. If you want to look at the site as currently installed, the URL for the site is 184.72.79.4. 1. I would like to be able to add, delete, or modify the categories, which currently are just "Doctors" and "Hospitals" so that I could add other categories such as pharmacies, dentists, etc. Then, for each of these categories I would like to be able to add, delete, or modify the subcategories. For each subcategory, I would like the user to be able to search by zipcode. As it is, the theme allows search by "Location" but that is too general to be meaningful for use in the United States. Zipcode is more useful. In addition to search by zipcode and city, there should be a options to search by "County" and “Insurance Plan” or “Service or Procedure.” 2. For each provider, I would like them to be able to list their ten most common services and/or procedures and their cash prices for those services or procedures. 3. I would also like to be able to record the numbers of visits for each month to the website, to each category and sub-category, and to each listing. I would like to have this data for my own use and to also be able to email to each listing party the traffic for their listing for the most recent month as well as the sub-category and category in which they are listed. 3. I presume that the listings are maintained in a database in the theme. I would like to have a tool to directly access that database to add, delete, or modify the listing. It would also be helpful if I could import listing data to that database from an Excel spreadsheet. That functionality seems to be supported by the theme, as discussed on the attached Documentation file for the theme, at pages 21-22. I am also attaching two CSV with demo data that were supplied with the theme. Thus, the ability to upload listings to this theme from CSV files seems to be supported by the theme as it is.
