Image Uploader to Radar Signs

Hi Ross, about the images upload functionality as we have discussed before, we can implement anything except for the private library in order to meet the deadline of 19th of October, as this involves more work (that is common work to implementing a common library for the administrator). So to recap: -- Upload images from users desktop The user can select an image to upload & to be displayed on there radar units, instead of displaying text. The image display should still have the same display features as the text, such as position, display hold time, animation display type, image for under speed, image for over speed. Deadline the 19th of October will be met. PS. We can discuss about private for the user (and common for the admin) image library in a seperate project after the go-live that will involve mutual changes in the Database and the UI as well.
