Looking for a Web/PHP developer who can do the following:
a) Design a web form that can capture 8-10 fields. There will be constraints on some fields
b) The web form should be available in offline and online mode. Offline mode means when Internet is not available, then the form should be cached from the browser history and available for use.
c) Data entered should be saved into a local data cache or somewhere when in offline mode. Once the Internet is available, it needs to be transferred to the MySQL database
d) In online mode, once the user presses the save button, the data should be saved in MySQL database
e) Dynamics 365 API can also be used and configured to get this data directly into it. If the web developer does not know how to do it, then they have to think about moving the data from the database to Dynamics using a batch script/program
