ECommerce Developer/ Coder Need ECommerce System for "Form" Access Have a Custom Form that produces a filled PDF. Needs: 1) Charge Buyer for $X per form ( 1 Payment = 1 Form Access) 2) Send Access to Buyers Client to "CompleteAccess" Form 3) Track when "Complete" (Completed upon Send) Need Commerce/Payment system to track and manage access Other features desired, if possible, but open to suggestions: Quantity discounts Subscription for X amount of Forms What is a real estate disclosure statement? PDF Document called a Seller Real Property Disclosure Statement, this is a legally binding document that involves the buyers and sellers. The seller lists anything they know about the property that might impact the buyer's use and/or enjoyment of the property later on -- especially anything that might cost them significant amounts of money. This might include flaws or age-related issues to household systems, like water damage, paint hazards, or construction. It should include information on liens and judgments. The real estate agent is typically required to disclose relevant fiduciary information, such as conflicts of interest and any "urgent need" to sell. A SRPDS document is a required document that must be filled out by the Owner/Seller of a residential property. Currently there is no way to do this electronically, it requires an Agent to send a blank PDF form to Owner/Seller to manually fill out, often with errors, sign, then send back to the Agent. Many sellers do not have a way to scan and send and often requires the Agent to drive to meet Owner/Seller to manually complete the SRDPS document.
