Community Site Development

We are creating a website like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] for international students. A social website that has a lot of data to be accessed with profiles of students, ability to communicate to each other, to browse business listings by category, and to arrange housing in study abroad locations. Also the ability to rank services by users. We also need a content management system to be able to update text and add languages in future. We have partnerships with study/work abroad programs to create this website for them as well as the students. Budget = $700 or Less
