Description: A college library system that have two database which is Student Record and Book Record. For student record database, the student ID number will be the primary key, and all others candidate keys such as: Student( #Student ID, Name, IC Number, Address, Contact No, Course ) For Book Record databases, Book number will be the primary key, and other candidiate key such as: Book (#Book Number, title, edition, author, publisher, date purchase, type) Both of this databases must be sharing each others. Both of this databases must have several function such as: add, edit, delete, view, print out particular information. Example like: must able to add new student and new arrival book. Beside that, this system also need other transaction such as: borrowing and returning book, password system, fine student for borrowing until overdue period, must be able to search and locate whether the book is available for loan base on the book ID number and others function and transaction which feel necessary. I will only select one system base on the creativity, reasonability and of course, the coding must be free of bugs. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Language: Visual Basic 6.0 Platform: All Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows ME

HI, Access and Excel VBA expert here, I offer you access application with very user friendly forms having functionalities like auto filling easy data selection through dropdowns, these forms will be for performing data operations and also other functions like selecting the data criteria for generation of the reports, the user interface structure of the application will be such that there will be a single Home form and all the other forms can be loaded on this main Home form through button clicks to access their functionality. I can offer you with a very dynamic access reports, dynamic in terms of their structure i.e. the structure of a single report can change depending on the data to be displayed on it each time for e.g. access reports can be used to generate invoices on them, now as structure of the invoice is dynamic i.e. there may be any number of items billed, so in such scenarios I can offer you reports which can handle this dynamic nature of such data. Hello, I have gone through your requirements. From what I understand you need the following : 1. Student Details by Student ID (add, edit, delete ?) 2. Book details by Book ID (add, edit, delete ?) 3. Student - Book form ( how many books can a student issue at a time?) (add/edit ?) 4. Book Search by book id/ book name ( to check availability on shelf) 5. Fine calculation for late returns (add/edit ?) Also, I could give you the following reports, 1. Student List 2. Book List by Id/Name/Author/Location 3. List of student ids with late returns by due date 4. List of fines I would make the stand alone software (i.e. software to work on only one computer unit) using Microsoft Access 2007 with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.5.
