While WordPress could do this, I wouldn't recommend it at all. If you're looking to build this on a LAMP stack, I would recommend having it built using a framework like Yii. Hello, Yes, Wordpress can do it but to develop that much complex solution Wordpress is not the good choice as it has certain limitations and drawbacks like the regular updates of the wordpress CMS can sometimes create issues in plugin compatibility.
