Build bot to use with Betfair Exchange Games

You must have knowledge of working with the Betfair API. I basically need some software which will place bets once certain criteria are hit, for example, if a certain option has lost 4 times in a row, place a bet at that point. Full details of exactly what triggers I want to use will be given to the winning freelancer. The software should include the following: Test mode - the ability to place hypothetical bets with a test bank balance without actually using real money Real betting - the ability to place real bets Fast interface and bet placement - the software should be able to update the price feeds every 1 second (this speed should also be changeable to a maximum of 5 seconds) Filter Options - Options to filter bets based on certain criteria such as odds, bet amounts.
