Backend Panel for a Galeria Page

We are looking for a developer who can create the following backend: The Website we are talking about here is: [login to view URL] On this page you see 4 categories. Each of these Categories include small galleries. These Galleries are Hard-coded until now. But that should change. So whats needed: 1. A Login Panel (we could even provide that ourselves, if it makes the job cheaper) 2. A MySQL Database which records the uploads and contents like title, name etc. 3. A Backend Modul where the user can Create, Edit and delete Galleries. The Create function should inclue the following parameters: 1. Category, Name, Description and Image uploads for 4-5 Images with specific Resolutions. The Edit function should include the following parameters: 1. Modify title, name, images and order of the already existing galleries. The Delete function should include the following parameters: 1. Remove an already existing gallery. For this job we need a Qualified person. Please only bid with your last price, we will not negotiate about the price in chat.
