Article Viewership Restriction

Hello all, Hope you are doing great We have a small project for which we are looking to hire some services. Just to brief you about the project - we have a lot of articles posted on our website and we want to restrict the number of anonymous views to 3, once a user reads 3 articles he/she needs to sign up or login on our website to continue reading more articles. What we are looking for: - Get User's browser details. Store it into the database as a request. If another request comes from the same IP address but different browser or from Same browser but Private Window then it will be treated as a new Guest User. Add the page/posts the user is visiting. Increase the counter per page/post visit and if it gets above the number which can be setup from the admin, then block the user from accessing the new page/post and ask them to login. All the Page/Posts will be having a setting in the backend if we have to exclude/include it from this restriction logic. Now we have to set up Normal Email Signup/Login and Google Signup/Login in this system. It will be a separate list of users in the admin showing counters per user how many pages/posts they've accessed so far. After successful registration we've to include the NPF API as well here.
