Acymailing configuration

I would like Acymailing configured for my Joomla site. Hello, My website uses Joomla and Moodle. I want to create email campaigns that will: 1 Will not end up in spam 2 That allows visitors to subscribe 3 Allows recipients to unsubscribe 4 Allows me to import an unsubscribe list 5 Import user lists 6 I want to invite people via an email campaign (template) that sends then to an article that has a subscribe form so that they can take a free course. 7 This means I would like the subscribe info to be synced with Moodle and Joomla 8 I would like to test the basics of this on my staging site first and if it works well have you recreate it on my live site. I would need to know: Can you accomplish this and what would be the cost? Do you have any other ideas that would be helpful, what would your recommendations be?
