Revamp a custom Joomla component and integrate Cloud Vision OCR

We need a Joomla developer to revamp a custom Joomla component and integrate Cloud Vision API into the component for character recognition. We have an existing website that quotes prices for a specific product line. We want to: 1. revamp the look of the quotation pages. Mock ups will be provided by our UXUI designer (frontend coding only, does not have any backend/business logic coding is required). 2. We want our users to be able to upload pictures of certain fixed format documents and use an OCR technology to read in the information and populate the corresponding fields in the quotation process. Expecting to use Cloud Vision API.
