Urgent/Easy HTML/JavaScript menu structure modification

Urgent project to modify JavaScript based drop-down menu. Please see in the picture attached to this project that the menu items are not all left justified. In the attached ZIP archive, we are including a MS Word document that outlines what the menu structure should be - including main menu items as well as sub-items. The existing HTML source is also included ([login to view URL]). This project only requires that the site menu function with all of the items and sub-items included in the Word document and that the menu code be changed to function like another site where the menu coding is much more straightforward. The ZIP archive also includes the source code for the other site ([login to view URL]).
