Dynamic Menu for gaming site.

A dynamic flash navigation menu that is similar in style to the one that is currently in use at Miniclip.com. The difference between the two menus is that our menu will need to be dynamic from some sort of data source so that the menu is easy to modify and adapt to our changing needs as the site proceeds to expands. An example of this is addition of categories that will need to on the menu. ## Deliverables 1) Menu must be two tier. The top section will contain menu categories and beneath that will be sub menus. 2) Three menus will exist. On the top section there will need to be a left and right menus. For example when looking at Miniclip, they have Play Games and Join in their left menu and all other categories placed to the right with a space inbetween. The data source must have an option to specify the category location. The third menu will be the submenus for each main category. 3) For submenus that do not fit within the designated space of the design (overlap on the right side cause they are too big) require a horizontal scroll feature allowing users to scroll through the horizontal list of games. This can be performed either on mouse over or on mouse click but it should only scroll one item and not refresh the entire bar. 4) Color must match design that is attached. 5) Miniclip defaults to their Play Games section, a default that is highlighted should be specified in the data source. 6) Mouseover items should be in place except for over the default selected item. 7) The submenus should populate either when the user mouse overs the main category (like Miniclip) or when they click the category. If you choose to do it with on click then the item the user clicked should highlight like the default tab does. In Miniclips case the default tab is Play Games and it is highlighted to indicate that. So with on click the tab selected would have ot highlight like that. If on mouse over is used, the default tab should be the only one highlighted on the main menu and then when a main menu item is hovered over, the main item should highlight slightly as does Miniclip's and then the submenu should appear in the second tier of the menu. Adjustables (Up to the designer): 1) Data source. May be a database/XML file/text file as long as it is easily editable for maintenance. 2) Size of the menu items can either be dynamic (based off the text length and some additional padding) or can be read in from the data source. 3) Color can be hardcoded or from data source. (Please see deliverables as instructions on how to change this must be included) 4) Font. Can be done via data source or hardcoded. (Please see deliverables as instructions on how to change this must be included) Deliverables: 1) Source code (*.fla) 2) Instructions how to alter items like Menu color and font in flash if they are not read from data source. Note: All work must be approved prior to payment. This includes the approval of the data source design as well as the design of the menu itself. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must fit the current design. Must run and look the same on all internet browsers. Also must run on our current Windows 2003 Web Edition server.
