Basic online mapping application for MMORPG

I need a good php/mysql programmer to work with me on developing an online mapping system for a MMORPG called Wealth Wars ([login to view URL]) Here is a quick outline of what I need: - Mapping application that allows you to view a 10x10 (adjustable) field of boxes, you can enter info about each of these spots - There will be a compass that when clicked will "send the click" to the remote Wealth Wars window - Search feature so the user can search through all their locations and quickly find a specific one - Two types of accounts, free and paid - Free account allows you to map up to 50 spots - Paid account (paypal & [login to view URL]) allow unlimited mapping - Each spot you map can be 1 of 4 types: 1. Member Base 2. Deserted Base 3. Mountains 4. Wasteland 5. Store (security, fortification, attack, stealth) ...as the user moves through the map they will be able to update these spots and add notes about them I also am interested in maybe developing this using AJAX so it would be a lot more usable and quick for the end user, AJAX is not a requirement, just a suggestion any questions please feel free to ask me.
