customization of a wordpress video theme

I`m looking for an experienced wordpress programmer & longtail video expert. It would be perfect if you already have some experience in customizing video themes. I'm using the "on demand" theme for this video blog. Take a look at the theme here >> [login to view URL] What I need you to do: - install adtonomy & d-related plugin from [login to view URL] - I need a drop down menu which includes the different author's names, so that one can sort all videos by the author's name. - the player should start automatically (flashvars) I'm an experienced wordpress user and also have some programming skills. Usually I can customize the themes myself but with this project I'm stuck. If I'm pleased with the result I have some more work waiting for you.
